Přední český tanečník a baletní mistr Ivan Liška získal Německou taneční cenu za rok 2012. Pro bývalého českého emigranta, který působil v slavném souboru Johna Neumaiera v Hamburském baletu, je to další z ocenění. V uplynulých letech dostal medaili za zvláštní zásluhy od bavorského státu a od jeho premiéra posléze i řád "pour le mérite".
Ruce pryč od ředitele Bočka, zlobí se na politiky lidé z Budvaru

Zaměstnanci Budějovického Budvaru se postavili za ředitele pivovaru Jiřího Bočka, kterého chce podle Hospodářských novin ministr zemědělství Petr Bendl odvolat z funkce. Boček je v čele tohoto úspěšného národního podniku už od roku 1991, vaz mu ale může zlomit vleklý spor o známku Budweiser Bier s americkým pivovarem Anheuser Busch.
